Victoria Park wins award for Lovell Ozanne

Victoria Park was recognised at this year’s Guernsey Property & Construction Awards as one of two wins for Guernsey architect Lovell Ozanne. The stadium won the Best Large Project award – celebrating the combination of local suppliers and contractors who helped bring Guernsey’s new home of football to life.

The scale of the project reflects the importance of the build for the local community, commented Andrew Merrett, Director at Lovell Ozanne Architects.

“It was clear from the outset when working on Victoria Park that this facility is going to play a vital role in Guernsey's sporting present and future; the design and construction needed to reflect that. Fittingly for a football facility, it was a real team effort to make it happen and we’re proud of the result of that close collaboration.
