Wow, two Guernsey wins out of two!!! For both the Men’s and Women’s teams to bring home the silverware on the inaugural Close Finance Muratti Day to be played at Guernsey’s new ‘Home of Football’, is the stuff dreams are made of. Both teams were outstanding and thoroughly deserved to lift those trophies – congratulations to the players, coaches and support staff! 

Days like Saturday aren’t possible without an army working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring everything together. We’re especially grateful to our fantastic team of volunteers, whose commitment and dedication to supporting local football ensures everyone has such a fantastic matchday experience – thank you.

Thanks also to the Guernsey Football Association for managing all of the match day requirements, logistics and manpower. To organise two fixtures of this scale takes months of meticulous planning, and we truly appreciate those efforts.

Finally, we wanted to show our appreciation to our Guernsey fans – thank you for igniting the passion and bringing it to Victoria Park – every cheer makes the biggest difference. We’re learning as we go, and we are so grateful for your support as we continue to build Guernsey’s new fortress.
